Absolutely, yes! This is the primary purpose. The PDF is your professional bill. Send it via email or your client portal to get paid.
No, it is not. The PDF is content-compliant but not a registered document by itself. A BIR-registered invoice requires either: being printed on ATP-authorized paper, or being generated and transmitted by a BIR-registered software system.
Sikap Invoice generates professional PDF invoices with 100% correct content as required by RMC 77-2024. It automates your billing workflow (recurring invoices, payment tracking, client portal). We solve the complex "content compliance" problem - you handle the registration side.
Two parts: (1) Content - Use Sikap Invoice (we handle this), and (2) Registration - Secure your BIR registration separately (ATP for printed invoices, or CAS permit for computerized systems).
